If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Golden Fluid Art, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
1. Request a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org where you will include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging
2. Once your return has been approved, Golden Fluid Art will get back to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), and a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted for your refund amount.
3. Please fill out the following form, enclose the printed form in the return shipment of the artwork and include your return shipment so we can process your return properly.
4. Pack this form and the artwork back in the original tube or box with all of the packaging materials and documents that were included in the package, plus the completed form from step 3.
5. Ship it back to the address provided in the return approval email. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method.
Custom Made and Printed Products
If the item is defective please follow the RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. In the event of change of mind Golden Fluid Art is not obliged to accept the return. Please contact email@example.com and we will work with you on a case by case basis. While we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience at Golden Fluid Art, we are also responsible to protect our artists.
